The New Day Christian Fellowship Church is an offspring of the Zion Temple Church of the Apostolic Faith founded in the 1950's by Mother Marie Wright, who was a powerful prayer warrior and leader and pastored for 44 years.

Full Gospel Tabernacle Church of Bedford-Stuyvesant founded in 1994 by Pastor Julius A. Sloane under Presiding Bishop NM Watermen was a thriving young church. These two churches merged becoming the Alpha and Omega Full Gospel Church. After several struggles the church has emerged victories and stronger then ever as the New Day Christian Fellowship Church of the Apostolic Faith, Inc.

The church has provided over 100,000 meals through the Food Pantry co-founded by Deacon Robert and Magdaline Pierce. The Summer Camp has been a place of learning and fun for young people of the Community. The Dance Academy is a place of discipline etiquette and elegance.
